With a strong focus on enabling sellers to excel in their roles, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative enablement programs that foster a comprehensive understanding of our products and market positioning.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a global team based in Barcelona and make a meaningful impact on our business outcomes. As an Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with the Product Marketing team to identify, propose, design, and deliver tailored enablement programs that cater to the specific needs of our sellers.
You will possess a deep understanding of our products, including their strategic delivery approach, and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to our sales teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our sellers have the necessary skills and competencies to succeed in their roles.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs that equip our sales teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to design and implement tailored enablement initiatives that meet the specific needs of our sellers.
- Design and prepare high-quality learning content utilizing various formats and suggesting the most effective learning methodologies.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver best-in-class content and ensure seamless integration with our internal LMS platform.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to stay informed about product development and strategy, and provide expert guidance on enablement best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive package of benefits that includes health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
Requirements- A minimum of one successful project management experience.
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training facilitation.
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and execute them efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
- A problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and a passion for new technologies.
