Job Description
This dynamic role involves designing, building, and delivering learning content to empower Customer Success teams and strengthen customer relationships. The Learning Experience Strategist will spearhead initiatives that ensure the success of non-technical, commercially focused teams by creating engaging training materials and enablement programs.
