About the Role

The Client Success team focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships. Our associates partner with clients to ensure they receive value that exceeds their investment in Gartner services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD, DEVELOP AND MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS ACROSS VARIOUS INDUSTRIES
  • INTRODUCE GARTNER SERVICES AND CAPABILITIES TO NEW CLIENTS AND COMMUNICATE VALUE TO DECISION MAKERS
  • FACILITATE CLIENT CALLS, UNDERSTAND CLIENT PRIORITIES, AND RECOMMEND ACTIONABLE STRATEGIES THAT DRIVE HIGH VALUE AND RETURN ON INVESTMENT

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGIST who can collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience or internship
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS FUELED BY A PASSION FOR DELIGHTING CLIENTS
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION, PRIORITIZATION, CRITICAL THINKING, AND INFLUENCING SKILLS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Able to use Dutch at a business level (speaking, reading & writing)

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
