We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Success Strategist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence across the Channel.

As a Commercial Success Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive commercial success and excellence across the Channel. This includes working closely with our KAM's Team to develop new plans, managing and delivering regular updates to key business processes, and being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Channel in Regional Accounts.

In addition to your strategic thinking and planning skills, you will have excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. You will also be proficient in using Powerpoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools. If you have experience in project leadership roles in an international environment and multiple Tech Services, this would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive commercial success and excellence across the Channel.
  • Work closely with the KAM's Team to develop new plans.
  • Manage and deliver regular updates to key business processes.
  • Be accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Channel in Regional Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Powerpoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
  • Experience in project leadership roles in an international environment and multiple Tech Services (a plus).

Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive Total Rewards package, paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, and more.
