Keonn is a leading manufacturer of RFID hardware and software solutions for various industries, including retail, healthcare, libraries, industry, and logistics.
We provide cutting-edge RFID systems primarily for the retail and healthcare sectors, as well as RFID UHF components like antennas, multiplexers, and readers for any industry.
Our team consists of experienced engineers and PhDs with in-depth knowledge in fields such as radiofrequency, antennas, electronics, firmware, and cloud-based software.
Job Position: Retail Success Strategist
The Retail Success Strategist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional technical services. This position requires the ability to ensure customer renewals and increase sales for existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Accountability for ongoing value delivered through successful implementation.
- Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including onboarding, methodology consultancy, and best practices.
- Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
- Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.
- Setup customer's cloud environment to match their needs.
- Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID PoC.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable 1+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company.
- Highly interested in the Retail sector.
- Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions with a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of computer networking and a clear understanding of IP networks.
- Knowledge and experience in RFID technology is a big plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU working permit.
- Willing to travel.
