Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Client Success Strategist to join our LoungeUp team in Barcelona. As a Relationship Manager - Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to increase their engagement with our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating Long-Term Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to contact for all things LoungeUp.
  • Monitoring Client Satisfaction: Regularly engage with clients to gauge satisfaction, address potential issues, and enhance their overall experience.
  • Providing Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions and offer personalized support to equip clients with the skills and confidence to utilize our platform effectively.
  • Communicating Platform Updates: Keep clients informed about new features and platform enhancements, ensuring they maximize the value of our solution.
  • Identifying Upsell Opportunities: Recognize and propose relevant add-ons and upgrades based on client needs, empowering them to get the most out of our platform.

Your primary objective is to foster high client retention, deliver exceptional experiences, and minimize churn.
