About the Role: At Gartner, Inc., we deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger performance. Our Client Success team focuses on customer service and client retention versus business growth and development. Associates have an aligned portfolio of clients with whom they partner, ensuring each client receives value far exceeding their investment in Gartner services.
As a Senior Client Growth Strategist, you will build, develop, and manage relationships with existing clients ranging from senior C-level executives to more junior professionals across various business functions and companies. You will regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client return of investment.
You will onboard new clients introducing their purchased Gartner services and capabilities. Collaboration with internal Gartner colleagues is crucial to maximizing the value Gartner delivers to clients. Your ability to surface clients' business priorities and identify effective ways to support them will be key to success.
What You Will Need: 0-6 years relevant professional experience, strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) at a Business or Native level is required.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our people are our most valuable asset, so we invest in them from Day 1.
