Job Description:

Your LittleBig responsibilities as a Business Growth Strategist:

You will be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid), reporting directly to the CMO. Your main missions will be:

  • To scale our outbound strategy and generate highly qualified opportunities for the growing sales pipeline and new client acquisition.
  • Lead outbound campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline for sales: scraping, data enrichment, emails copywriting, campaigns launch, reporting.
  • Define objectives, execute, track, and report.
  • Ensure leads identified are well contacted and convert into new customers.
  • Continuously document the processes.

Collaborate closely with teammates from different functions such as our international growth manager, marketing, sales.

Use our current stack and improve it to achieve our objectives.

Salary:

We offer an estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
