At Preply, we're revolutionizing the way companies approach language learning and development. As a Business Growth Strategist, you'll play a vital role in driving our sales forward and expanding our business exponentially.

We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Expert to join our team. Your primary objective will be to increase outbound activities, schedule meetings with potential clients, and develop regional prospecting strategies and pitches. You'll work closely with the SDR Team Lead to identify new business opportunities and maintain detailed knowledge of Preply Enterprise offerings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients based on ICP criteria
  • Reaching out to prospects through various channels to schedule meetings for our Account Executives
  • Qualifying leads to high levels of precision and providing detailed analysis of each prospect to the sales team
  • Maintaining prospect information in the CRM database
  • Assisting with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English speaker & Bulgarian
  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management at prospective accounts
  • Somone interested in working in a collaborative and international environment
  • Being based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

Our estimated salary for this position is €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, leave allowance, and health insurance, making us one of the most attractive employers in the industry.
