**Job Title:** Global Business Growth Strategist

**Location:** Barcelona, Spain (with flexibility for remote work)

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to drive business growth and development at Moveengineering. As our new Global Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies aligned with our organizational objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Leading negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients and partners to secure new business opportunities.
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our network and increase market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, suppliers, industry associations, and government bodies.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to drive coordinated business development efforts.
  • Maintaining performance metrics and adapting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
A degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the automotive, mobility, or technology sector.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in Electric Vehicle technologies and solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with ability to analyze complex market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.

**Estimated Salary:** €85,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
