Job Overview

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Business Strategist to join our HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data-driven environments delivering actionable insights and a strong understanding of numbers and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

">

* Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights, actions, and results* Identify growth opportunities to increase user base, frequency, and retention rates and maximize profitability* Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different Growth experiments to provide clear guidance on what worked, what didn't work, and what could be improved* Connect with relevant stakeholders to ensure analysis and data sourcing is consistent among Glovo*

Requirements:

">

* 3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environments delivering actionable insights* Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar* Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative* Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgement when necessary* Excellent analytical skills with a passion for the latest tools & technology* Ninja expertise in Google sheets / Excel is a must* SQL experience is highly appreciated* Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools as well as interest in other querying languages is a plus* Outstanding attention to detail* Excellent communication, visualisation & storytelling skills* Curious attitude and eager to learn* Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
