Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Growth and Business Strategist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for driving service revenue growth through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
About the Role: The Senior Service Growth & Business Manager Europe will report to the Regional Service Director and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the service business. This includes identifying new service opportunities, optimizing existing offerings, and streamlining operations to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive service revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new service opportunities and optimize existing offerings
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery quality
- Manage Field and Remote Service Support staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor a team of service professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Partner with Finance to enhance current financial systems and develop reporting mechanisms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or equivalent experience: nice to have
- English native or proficient
- Preferred experience in Medical Device Industry
- Commercial experience in Sales Roles
- Experience managing teams working in Regional/International level
- Skills: great communication skills, flexible, work analytically in a problem-solving environment, innovative and creative, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
