At ALEX & GROSS GmbH, we're passionate about driving sales and marketing success. Our team of over 400 experts in consulting, online marketing, IT, and telesales works together to deliver 360° communication solutions for our clients, including major brands like SAP, IBM, and Telekom. To further strengthen our presence in Barcelona, we're seeking a Business Growth Strategist (m/f/d) to cover the SAP portfolio in the European market.

Your Profile

We're looking for an experienced professional with at least 1 year of business background, preferably in B2B prospecting. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in managing and executing outbound and inbound activities
  • A proven track record of sales-driven performance
  • Familiarity with IT and business software, including SAP solutions
  • Understanding of business challenges within specific industries and lines of business
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and Dutch or Flemish (C2 level)

You'll be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through cold calling, warm calling, social selling, and emailing. Additionally, you'll generate, qualify, nurture, and handover leads and opportunities, regularly reviewing the lead pipeline and progression to provide qualitative feedback on campaigns.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including options for internal development and a competitive compensation structure.
