Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our Mid-Size Enterprise (MSE) sales team. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and growing existing relationships with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Gartner's presence in the MSE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their priorities and delivering value-added solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage complex sales cycles, from initial outreach to close, and ensure seamless handoffs to account management
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to manage and forecast sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
