**About Wincom**

We are a leading company in the PLM domain, seeking an experienced Commercial Business Developer to help us further develop our successful business and drive growth on a part-time basis initially, with potential for full-time expansion.

The ideal candidate will assist in executing business development strategies, identifying opportunities, and contributing to sales efforts. This role involves helping with marketing initiatives, fostering partnerships, and developing commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and foster partnerships.
  • Develop commercial proposals to secure new business.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position initially, but has the potential to evolve into a full-time role as the business grows. You will be working closely with our team to execute business development strategies and contribute to the growth of our successful business.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of marketing, CRM, ERP, and Odoo systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Benefits:
