The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including private medical insurance, unlimited access to an emotional well-being tool, free birthday celebrations, and a hybrid/remote working model.



Job Description


We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet our growth objectives in Spain. You will conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providers.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Spain
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategies
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providers
  • Negotiate integration improvements with third-party providers
  • Negotiate and close product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providers
  • Negotiate and close complex strategic deals with insurance and hospitals customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goals
  • Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals
  • Lead strategic cross-area projects and assure goals are reached
  • Provide commercial support to partners in Latin America and participate in sales negotiations when necessary


Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • An undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative, or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBA
  • A minimum of 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or other)
  • Insurance and hospitals market knowledge
  • Business knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs
  • Previous experience in consulting, partnerships management, or project management (preferable)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • A results-oriented approach and keen negotiation skills
  • The ability to build rapport with high-level decision-makers in an organization
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills


Additional Information


The selection process includes a 60-minute interview with a member of the HR team, a 60-minute interview with the Team Leader, a business case to be completed within one week, and a 45-minute presentation of the business case with the Team Leader and Global Managing Director.
