Client Success and Growth Strategist

The Client Success team embodies Gartner's Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every client receives unparalleled value. As a Graduate Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with senior C-level clients across various industries, including IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices. Your goal is to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by facilitating effective engagement of Gartner products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with diverse clients to identify and address their business priorities.
- Conduct regular retention and bright spot analysis to inform performance and key engagement metrics.
- Prioritize and streamline activities to support continuous improvement programs.
To excel in this role, you must be a 2025 graduate. A Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree are required, along with relevant professional or internship experience. Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem-solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills are essential. Fluency in both English and German (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is mandatory.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000.
