Sales Leadership and Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth through effective sales strategies and accurate forecasting

- Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to achieve and exceed their potential
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
- Ensure accurate, timely revenue forecasts while maintaining strong pipeline generation and coverage
Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistent sales success as a front-line manager in enterprise software sales or a related technology field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences
- Expertise in revenue forecasting and pipeline management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
