€120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
As a Senior Sales Strategist Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving growth and revenue targets for our business in key accounts across the EMEA region. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve divisional and group goals, collaborating with local and regional teams to ensure alignment and success. Your expertise will be crucial in setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing metrics to drive growth objectives. You will work closely with pricing to evaluate market dynamics affecting pricing strategy for large customers and provide recommendations to maximize margin and profitability. Additionally, you will support account strategy development, focusing on overall value proposition, and cultivate positive relationships with key customers at the highest levels within the segment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and share gain targets
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure alignment and success
• Evaluate market dynamics affecting pricing strategy for large customers and provide recommendations
• Support account strategy development, focusing on overall value proposition
• Cultivate positive relationships with key customers at the highest levels within the segment
• Coordinate with field sales team to ensure tactical execution at program accounts
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a complex, dynamic, commercial environment operating across the full EMEA region
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategy development and driving revenue growth
• Experience within Academia, Biopharma & Pharma desired
