Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at dynaTrace software GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer adoption of our SaaS/Managed product portfolio.
  2. Own the renewal strategy and ensure on-time renewal of subscription(s) for assigned accounts.
  3. Build strong relationships with key account personnel and drive growth through technical enablement, usage training, and project planning.
  4. Defend against competition and identify strategic new business growth opportunities.
  5. Maintain accurate records of discussion and action items from regular proactive calls and account review meetings.
  6. Coordinate account activities with sales teams for assigned accounts within the territory.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate to become a key partner in our customers' success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
