Account Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at dynaTrace software GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer adoption of our SaaS/Managed product portfolio.
- Own the renewal strategy and ensure on-time renewal of subscription(s) for assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key account personnel and drive growth through technical enablement, usage training, and project planning.
- Defend against competition and identify strategic new business growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of discussion and action items from regular proactive calls and account review meetings.
- Coordinate account activities with sales teams for assigned accounts within the territory.
- Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate to become a key partner in our customers' success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
