Key Account Growth Strategist

In the midst of a scale-up phase, Mytraffic's Customer Success team is expanding and growing as part of the global Revenue Team. As a Key Account Growth Strategist, you will work in a team of 15 Customer Success Managers and report to a Lead CSM, Ismail, under the Head of Customer Success, Adei.
The team will continue to grow in the coming months and years. Your role will be instrumental in enriching it with your vision and driving growth within MyTraffic.
Your Missions- Drive adoption and operational excellence for key accounts.
- Onboard new clients, including creating their platform accounts, and build a usage-centric approach.
- Monitor user adoption and proactively measure and follow portfolio performances to anticipate and mitigate potential critical situations.
- Collaborate with the product team to share customer feedback, deploy new use cases, and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct monthly meetings with clients to ensure platform adoption is instilled.
- Respond promptly to client requests and provide guidance on best practices.
**Account and Business Planning**
- Lead quarterly business reviews with Sales and recommend, drive, and execute account plans for your portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Influence clients to become Mytraffic advocates through public speaking events, testimonials, and success stories.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Native French language skills and perfect English proficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience in a CSM role in SaaS B2B with complex solutions or previous experience in the data industry.
- A customer-centric mindset, having managed an important client portfolio with key accounts.
- Business acumen, including sales cycles, anti-churn strategies, and portfolio expansion.
- A team-oriented attitude, collaborating with all teams and having a positive impact on people.
- A challenger mentality, always questioning the status quo and seeking innovative solutions.
- Troubleshooting skills, being resilient, coachable, and results-driven.
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills, with operational excellence as a key priority.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
