At Empresa Reconocida, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Key Account Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to take charge of a key customer account and drive commercial success.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for one of our largest accounts with Reckitt Benckiser. As a Senior Key Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for achieving strategic objectives, building long-term partnerships, and managing promotional activities. Your expertise will help drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy per customer to achieve business objectives;
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and cooperation;
  3. Manage promotional strategies, including trade budget management and range and space optimization;
  4. Negotiate customer terms and conditions in line with Reckitt Benckiser's commercial strategy;
  5. Implement and manage category strategies, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG sales or marketing, with a focus on key account management;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated mindset;
  • Tenacious and resilient approach to challenges;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships;
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business issues and opportunities;

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package.
