At Empresa Reconocida, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Key Account Strategist to join our team in Barcelona. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to take charge of a key customer account and drive commercial success.
About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for one of our largest accounts with Reckitt Benckiser. As a Senior Key Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for achieving strategic objectives, building long-term partnerships, and managing promotional activities. Your expertise will help drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy per customer to achieve business objectives;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and cooperation;
- Manage promotional strategies, including trade budget management and range and space optimization;
- Negotiate customer terms and conditions in line with Reckitt Benckiser's commercial strategy;
- Implement and manage category strategies, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives;
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG sales or marketing, with a focus on key account management;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated mindset;
- Tenacious and resilient approach to challenges;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships;
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business issues and opportunities;

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.
