About the Role: We are seeking a talented Key Account Strategist - Finance Solutions to join our commercial team and play a vital role in driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients with significant revenue potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers, as well as gaining a deep understanding of business models across various industries.
Your Mission: As a Key Account Strategist, you will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, marketing team, middle office operations team, and product management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, uncover new application scenarios for our finance solutions, and contribute valuable insights for future product development. Your primary objectives will include:
- Establishing connections with key decision makers in target accounts.
- Understanding the intricacies of potential customers' business models and pinpointing pain points, as well as opportunities, within their current international finance and FX workflows.
- Presenting our finance solution to key decision makers.
- Developing robust financial business cases for our finance solutions.
- Managing your portfolio of clients to optimize customer lifetime value.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need a strong background in finance, economics, or business administration, with a relevant master's degree or similar. You must possess excellent communication and social skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions. Native-level Spanish language proficiency is essential, along with fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience as a consultant in a leading consulting company or as a treasurer working in a larger corporation, as well as 2+ years in a Business-to-Business (B2B) business development or sales role within the finance or software industry (SaaS). Knowledge of foreign exchange products would be a plus.
Compensation and Benefits: Successful candidates can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to employee satisfaction and growth.
