Job Description

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team in Catalonia, Spain.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven professional to develop and execute sales strategies across the region, focusing on business growth and market share expansion for our Breast Health and Skeletal products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within Catalonia.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key customers, identify business opportunities, and execute sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate client needs, and work with internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within the territory and potentially support other regions.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to optimize performance and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role, with working knowledge of selling capital equipment / Medical Imaging products.
  • A strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and customers, with experience in both public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience managing complex procurement processes, specifically with big private groups, in different business models (capital/investment and recurrent revenue/consumables).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects with an analytical approach.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
