Your Mission:
  • Boost Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across customer cohorts by strategically identifying and capitalizing on upsell prospects.
  • Nurture high-trust relationships to drive strong retention and deepen client satisfaction.
  • Proactively increase product usage and engagement, ensuring clients benefit fully from our solutions.
About You:

We're looking for a native-level Italian speaker with strong English communication skills and experience in client-facing roles. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional results, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and energized by taking ownership of your portfolio.
