Global Account Growth Strategist

We are a fast-growing scale-up, and we are seeking a highly driven Global Account Growth Strategist to join our Sales Team.

Your role will be crucial in helping us maintain our 0 churn rate by identifying client growth opportunities and hitting up-selling targets. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team Lead to define Quarterly OKRs and collaborate with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a B2B account management or customer success role
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to learn something new every day
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions and being open to mistakes
  • Flexibility in working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

In addition to your technical skills, you should also have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a multicultural and international team.
