About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional operational services to clients, managing side projects, and growing revenue and optimizing accounts to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Segmentation: Provide excellent operational service to clients, open to coaching and mentoring by peers.
  • Project Involvement: Manage side projects with impact on individual book of business or team, drive those with support from team lead/manager/peer.
  • Client Management: Provide operational account management to small to medium-sized advertisers in line with our service level agreements.
  • Performance Analysis: Optimize accounts to improve performance for small to medium-sized clients and identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate upselling capacity: Show effective negotiation skills that have a positive impact on your book of business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience working with large clients and providing consultative guidance on contextual market challenges.Able to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and articulate complex concepts to different stakeholders.Credible and seen as a trusted account manager.

What We Offer
