Senior Account Strategist

PTC is looking for a Senior Account Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving solution adoption and value realization for our Enterprise customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, and ensure timely issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how businesses function and their priorities, and be able to translate technical and operational issues and opportunities into business terms and value propositions. They will also have strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to listen and tailor messages for multiple audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account plans
- Driving solution adoption and value realization
- Ensuring timely issue resolution
The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
