Role Overview
The Client Success team at Gartner follows a client-centric philosophy, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. As a Client Success Strategist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business priorities, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with clients across various business functions
- Onboard new clients, introduce Gartner services, and communicate value to decision-makers
- Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend programs of action to drive high value and return on investment
- Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value
- Conduct regular reviews of client performance and engagement metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience or internship
- Proven track record of success, fueled by a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Ability to use English in a business setting (reading/writing/speaking)

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
