About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our EMEA Account Management Team with a focus on global clients within the Middle East and European regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to ensure that clients get the most out of Veriff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure growth and product utilization within our customer base
  • Identify new use cases and opportunities to add value with customers
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from the field and represent the customer perspective
  • Develop trust relationships with our customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of account management experience within the SaaS industry
  • Previous experience supporting global clients particularly within the MENA and EMEA regions
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic languages (written and verbal)

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
