Strategic Customer Success Manager

About the Role
MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our enterprise customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive customer growth and retention
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, providing guidance on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Collect feedback and identify roadblocks from customers to inform internal teams on product and go-to-market strategy
- De-escalate and resolve critical customer issues and complaints
- Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
Requirements
- 9+ years experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role
- 6+ years experience working within or supporting large enterprises
- Strong business acumen and ability to create and teach best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
