About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bogotá. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business goals
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese a plus
