About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product development teams.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on how to maximize the value of our products and services.
  • Identify and address customer needs through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers receive the latest insights and expertise.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Fluency in English (B2-C1 level) and native Spanish.
  • Portuguese is a plus (not mandatory).
