Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success team and drive business growth through strategic customer engagement and relationship-building. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Success Managers and developing customer outcomes across a selected group of Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a business development or customer success capacity
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
