About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Accs - Ares Customer Care Solutions Gmbh. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention through strategic account management and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored strategies to drive customer success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex product features and ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to identify customer needs and escalate issues to the product team
  • Monitor customer success KPIs to generate action plans and offer solutions to customers
  • Define strategies to identify customer growth opportunities in the early stages and structure an onboarding process for our clients
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in operations or e-commerce
  • Native Spanish language skills, with fluency in English (B2-C1) and Portuguese a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment as a tech company or start-up, with a strong understanding of digital transformation and customer success
  • Ability to influence C-Level stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
