Job Title: Customer Success Manager

At Autodesk, we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our Midmarket team in driving customer success and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer success professionals in driving customer success and adoption of Autodesk solutions.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Manage and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and adoption.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
