About Mytraffic

Mytraffic is a rapidly growing company in the SaaS industry, seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adoption and Operational Excellence
    • Onboard new clients, including creating platform accounts and implementing a usage-centric approach.
    • Monitor user adoption and proactively address potential issues.
    • Collaborate with the product team to deploy new use cases and enhance customer experience.
  • Account and Business Planning
    • Lead quarterly business reviews with Sales and develop account plans for your portfolio.
    • Drive customer relationships as a trusted advisor and influence clients to become advocates for Mytraffic.
    • Contribute to cross-functional projects and ensure automation of success processes for client scalability.
  • Customer Outreach and Team Collaboration
    • Drive team methodologies and ensure best-in-class adoption and usage of Customer Success tools and reporting.
    • Guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who is native in French and fluent in English. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a CSM role, preferably in SaaS B2B and complex solutions, or a background in the data industry.
