Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Design and implement targeted support engagement plans to drive customer success and adoption of SAP Cloud solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the use of SAP Cloud solutions, focusing on SAP Cloud solutions.
- Facilitate access to product and functional expertise for customers through empowerment sessions and other means.
- Conduct quarterly release reviews and continuous trend analysis to identify risks and opportunities for customer success.
- Meet customer expectations by anticipating and resolving their top issues, serving as an escalation point and collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Proven track record of successful account management and customer success.
- Proactive learner and creative problem solver with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate with customer IT and LOB decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of IT landscapes and lifecycles, with a focus on SAP solutions during transitions, implementations, and operations phases for cloud, standalone, or hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Preferred Success and Cloud Solutions, as well as the included service offerings, is an advantage.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication, enthusiastic, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
