Customer Success Manager Role Overview

MongoDB is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to our customers, helping them optimize their technology strategy and make the most of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to customers

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • 6+ years of experience working in large enterprises or supporting similar organizations
  • Strong technical background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers
  • Ability to work autonomously and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
