Strategic Customer Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop plans to address customer needs and concerns
- Lead business reviews and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- 5+ years of experience in strategic customer account management
- Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to grow and retain accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Engineering or manufacturing background a plus
