Customer Success Manager - Onshape

At PTC, we're transforming the world by bringing the physical and digital worlds together. As a Customer Success Manager for Onshape, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and get the most out of our innovative software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop plans to address customer needs and concerns
  • Lead business reviews and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic customer account management
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to grow and retain accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
  • Engineering or manufacturing background a plus
