Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Wd-40 Company (Uk). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing national sales programs across all trade channels, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue and EBITDA goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with marketing to develop and support defined sales programs in alignment with 5-year strategic plans.
- Apply market, customer, and end-user insights to prepare and deliver compelling technical, solution-based, and category-focused sales presentations.
- Conduct competitive and new customer research to identify, prioritize, and open new customer accounts in line with strategic plans.
- Support national sales and marketing pull-through activities, and partner with distributors, resellers, brokers, and external parties to optimize sales attainment and growth of brand equity.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or similar desirable.
- Valid driving license.
- Proficiency in English and Catalan, with advanced working knowledge of Category Management and Marketing principles.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant consumer packaged goods business development experience, with a focus on identification and opening of new business and maintenance and growth of existing customers.
