We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the creative and design process, excellent communication skills, and a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions that meet client objectives.

Your role will involve:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative, marketing, and experience design projects from start to finish.
  • Strategy and Quality: Work with Business Units and Group Functions to develop and refine project briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by proposing new services or projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring and supporting junior team members, and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
