Job Title: Key Account Manager

At WD-40 Company, we're on a mission to create positive lasting memories in everything we do. We're seeking a strategic and proactive Key Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to develop and implement national sales programs across all trade channels. As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing and servicing existing customers, independently opening new key accounts, and selling all brands across one or more channels into national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national sales programs across all trade channels to achieve defined sales and EBITDA goals.
  • Grow and service existing customers, distributors, and resellers in the Cataluña, Aragon, and Balear area.
  • Independently open new key accounts and sell all brands across one or more channels into national accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt and create national marketing programs/strategies for account-specific needs.
  • Accountable for semi-complex contract negotiation, development, and internal collaboration.
  • Monitor and actively drive customer e-commerce/websites in harmony with marketplace strategy.
  • Lead external merchandiser sales efforts of all brands across diverse channels to achieve defined sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or similar.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in English and Catalan.
