Strategic Account Manager

Ptc Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and drive business results
- Monitor and analyze customer health and risk, and develop mitigation plans as needed
- Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Fluent level of English is mandatory (additional French and/or German languages are desirable)
- Engineering or manufacturing background
- Experience with Salesforce.com, ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Jira
