About the Role

Ptc is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and services
  • Monitor and analyze customer health, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate customer value and progress
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
