About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at PTC Inc. as a Principal Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Customer Success
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Develop and implement customer success plans
    • Monitor and report on customer health and satisfaction
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving
    • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities
    • Develop and implement solutions to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering or Manufacturing Background
    • Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent level of English is mandatory
    • Additional languages such as French and German are desirable
