Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at PTC Inc. as a Principal Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Customer Success
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement customer success plans
- Monitor and report on customer health and satisfaction
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Analysis and Problem-Solving
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities
- Develop and implement solutions to drive business growth
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Engineering or Manufacturing Background
- Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry
- Language Skills
- Fluent level of English is mandatory
- Additional languages such as French and German are desirable
