About the Role

Ptc Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a SaaS or software industry.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
