Strategic Account Manager

Ptc Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention across our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a SaaS or software industry.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
