**Job Summary**

Wd-40 Company (Uk) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing national sales programs across all trade channels to achieve revenue and EBITDA goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement 12-month to 2-year national sales programs across all trade channels to achieve/exceed revenue and EBITDA goals.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and support defined sales programs in alignment with 5-year strategic plans.
  • Apply market, customer, and end-user insights in the preparation and delivery of compelling technical, solution-based, and category-focused sales presentations.
  • Conduct competitive and new customer research to identify, prioritize, and open new customer accounts in line with strategic plans.
  • Support national sales and marketing pull-through activities.
  • Partner with distributors, resellers, brokers, and/or external parties in support of sales activities, education, program execution, etc. to optimize sales attainment and growth of brand equity.
  • Integrate category management/leadership programs with customers online and in-store.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or similar would be desirable.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in English and Catalan are a must.
  • Years of relevant consumer packaged goods business development experience in relevant trade channels to include identification and opening of new business and maintenance and growth of existing customers to achieve goals.
