About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Division. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and market share in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and clinical staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, particularly in the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
