Strategic Partnerships Account Manager B2B Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to join our B2B Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring strategic partner satisfaction and maximizing account value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring strategic partner satisfaction and maximizing account value
  • Understanding partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions
  • Reneewing and/or expanding existing accounts
  • Participating in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance

You will also be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services
  • Developing strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor...)

As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager, you will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met.
