Strategic Partnerships Account Manager B2B Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to join our B2B Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring strategic partner satisfaction and maximizing account value.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring strategic partner satisfaction and maximizing account value
- Understanding partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions
- Reneewing and/or expanding existing accounts
- Participating in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance
You will also be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services
- Developing strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor...)
As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager, you will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met.
